Di is our temporary host for Truthful Tuesday, originally started by PCGuyIV. Here is this week’s question.
My question this week is
If someone offered you a considerable amount of money for doing them a favour, would you take it?
My answer is it depends on what the favour was.
If the favour involved doing something illegal or something that I did not feel comfortable doing I wouldn’t do it even for a considerable sum of money. I wouldn’t do it for a friend or a family member and I certainly wouldn’t do it for someone I was not close to.
If the favour did not involve anything dodgy and was something I felt OK about doing then I would do it and depending on the circumstances I might not even take the money. I wouldn’t feel right to take money from someone unless it was to cover expenses or something like that. Well, maybe if I knew that the person who needed the favour could afford it I would but I don’t know many people like that.
I feel the same way as you do. Won’t do anything illegal or immoral for any amount of money. I’d not take money from a friend or a relative either.
