Here is another of our local possums. He is observing us from a tree which we can see from our deck. The possums are often in the trees, running across our roof or hanging out on top of the gazebo. Mostly they are timid but if they have been spotted, like this guy, they will stay still until you go away. I don’t know if this is a male or female possum but it is quite a big one, we think it might be a male. We won’t really know until we start seeing babies.
