QUESTIONS (a random bag today)
Can you parallel park (if you drive)? If you don’t drive, can you still skip?
I can’t drive but I know many people hate parallel parking and once they have passed their tests they avoid it like the plague. Skipping, I hadn’t even thought of trying for years. I’d probably fall over.
Do you prefer early morning or late evening? Or something in between?
I do like early mornings although I have to admit I don’t really get up early any more so I don’t often enjoy one. The light is nice at that time of day. When I was working in Hobart I used to enjoy standing outside my (old) house listening to the birds while waiting for the bus on a sunny morning. Afternoon can also be lovely, especially on a fine winter’s day, that couple of hours before the afternoon chill sets in and of course sunset is also a beautiful time of day.
Do you like avocados?
Do you know I can’t recall that I have ever eaten one. If I have I probably didn’t like it and didn’t repeat the experiment.
Is mind or matter more real?
Matter is definitely more real if you bump into it.
and a bonus ‘deep’ question just because
Are people in this current generation less or more sensitive than people from past generations?
It seems so. Maybe I’m insensitive but people seem to take offence more easily and find it more difficult to cope in trying situations without a lot of support. I try to be mindful of that and not say things that others may find offensive. I’m respectful of other’s feelings but sometimes I find myself wondering about it. I suppose I am more of a “Keep Calm and Carry On” sort of person.
