I thought that I would join in with this prompt for the first time this week. It’s around 9:45pm now. As I read the post and start on my answer I am sitting on my living room couch. My laptop is on a chair in front of me.
On my right is a cushion. On my left is my DSLR and the TV remote as I am watching YouTube (Rick Wakeman’s” Journey To The Centre Of The Earth” in concert.)
The camera is beside me because I had been editing photos earlier and I picked it up to take a photo of Polly, my cat, who was snoozing on the floor nearby.

My internet has not been working very well tonight. I guess there is a lot of demand with people at home on a Saturday night but to be honest the internet here in Sisters Beach is not great. We often have drop outs. It annoys me when I’m trying to upload photos or publish posts. So this one might not make it online tonight.
I am sharing my evening with a cat as well – a 13 year old red Burmese male. Beside me is my empty mug that had hot Milo in it. And an empty container that had the chocolate brownies I made earlier this week. On my other side is just my computer mouse – perched on the arm of my chair, occasionally falling in to join the snuggling cat. I just watched a little of a Johnny Carson interview with Drew Barrymore when she was 7. I try not to watch things like that because now Drew Barrymore will appear all over my news feed on my phone. I hate that. But she was very cute. And I have nothing against her now. I just don’t think gossip about celebrities is news. D’you hear that, Google?

Quite right, gossip about celebrities is not news. Especially the ones who are just famous for being famous eg. reality show contestands, Kardasshians etc.
