QUESTIONS:
If you had to sum up the whole human species in 3 words, what would those words be?
I need four words. Our own worst enemies.
Where is the strangest place you’ve relieved yourself? Obviously in an emergency situation.
When I was younger I could “hold it” for a really long time. We used to go on steam train excursions to country areas where sometimes there were no facilities and the call was “Ladies to the left, gentlemen to the right.” but I could not relieve myself out in the open so I’d hang on until we reached a station. I’ve never as far as I can recall used a toilet in a plane. Now I’m not so sure what I’d do in an emergency situation let’s hope I don’t have one.

What is the worst smelling place you’ve ever been?
As usual, memory fails me. Stinky places, well I’ve visited wineries and while I like the products where they make them does not smell so good. I wouldn’t say it was the worst ever though. When I worked in the rail system I often had some pretty stinky railcars to clean, vomit, urine or even the chemicals we used to clean graffiti were pretty unpleasant, especially on a hot day when the trains had been standing in the yard for a few hours.
How drunk is drunk enough?
For me, drunk enough is a bit light-headed. I do enjoy a drink but I don’t like the idea of not being in control.

Gratitude Is An Attitude!
If you’d like, please list five things that are priceless to you.
Here they are, not in any particular order.
- My childhood dolls
- My independence
- My pets
- My good health
- My sister
Drunk enough to me is not drunk at all. I really don’t like the effects alcohol has on me. I never did.

Thanks Vanda for Sharing Your World! I think a blog post about your experiences with trains (it sounds like you have quite a few) would be fascinating! Thanks for sharing some of them here. And really? They instructed people to just let fly out the side of the train?? Oh my. I guess if you gotta go, you gotta go!

I think that was the idea, it didn’t happen often but occasionally we’d be travelling through countryside where there were no roads or people so they would stop somewhere, people would get out and find a convenient bush. It was mostly men and they just seem to need something to aim at.I don’t know if any of the very few women, mostly wives and girlfriends ever needed to go . On the other hand we didn’t drink as much beer either.
