Sharing My World This Week
Describe your own outlook on life in seven words or less. (NOTE: does not have to be a sentence.)
- Be optimistic.
- Make the best of things.
Where do you like to vacation?
I like all sorts of places, places I’ve not seen before, favourites that I know and love. I enjoy exploring a new city but I also like scenic places. I guess the one thing I always look for is water, a river or the sea.
Candy factories (sweets or treats including chocolate) of the entire world have become one and will now be making only one kind of candy. Which kind, if you were calling the shots?
Everyone is making Quality Street chocolates and toffee.

Complete this sentence: Something that anyone can do that will guarantee my smile is… show me an animal.

Bonus question: What are you grateful for from last week, and what are you looking forward to in the week coming up?
I’m grateful for a few days break at home after getting back from Adelaide last Monday. It was nice to have some time to spend with Cindy and Polly as I could tell they were both pleased to see me. This Saturday international cricket is back at Bellerive Oval and I am going to the first day of the Test Match where I hope to take some photos of the players from both teams; weather permitting of course.

Alpacas make me smile too. I even have a little plush alpaca my husband gave me, because I like them so much. Being optimistic and making the best of things not only helps oneself, but helps others.

Yes, I think that is true even though at times it is not easy to be an optimist in the world we live in today.
