Wanting something to quench your thirst, what would you drink?
I don’t usually drink a lot of cold drinks but while we were on holidays it was hot so I drank a lot of lemonade as it was more thirst quenching than the tea and coffee I usually prefer. I don’t like to drink a lot of fizzy stuff though so sometimes I’ll just have cold water. I don’t like it room temperature.
What made you feel good this past week?
Just being at home. I love my home and it was nice to have time there with just me and the pets.
When you’re alone at home, do you wear shoes, socks, slippers, or go barefoot?
That depends on the weather and what I am doing. I like to go barefoot when it’s warm but not outside. I’ve never been good at walking on rough ground barefoot. Most of the time I’ll wear socks and slippers or shoes to keep my feet warm.
Would you rather live where it is always hot or always cold?
If it had to be one or the other I think I’d probably pick cold. I don’t enjoy being outdoors in very hot weather all that much. I don’t mind cold days as long as there is some sunshine sometimes; it’s the grey, chilly ones that get me down.
Bonus question: What are you grateful for from last week, and what are you looking forward to in the week coming up?
Last week was a rather quiet one for me. I had come home from holidays with rather a sore ankle. I think I strained it with too much walking. I didn’t really feel like doing a lot and stayed home except for one day when I had to go to see my lawyer. I think the rest helped because I’m getting around much better now.
I also had some luck with finding new dolls and have two new dolls, or rather one new, new doll and one new, vintage doll on the way to me.
This week is a short one with Easter coming up. Naomi plans to come for the day and maybe the night on Friday and we’ll have another paper doll sorting day which will give me some material for new doll posts.
