Kids or Pets with Toys is the theme for Cee’s challenge this week so as I don’t have kids or grandkids my post will be mainly about pets and some slightly bigger kids.

Most of our previous cats did not care about toys much although they would play with us if we dangled something on a string in front of them. However, Polly does enjoy toys. When she was a kitten she was obsessed by toys that she had to “hunt” Now she’s older she is a bit more “been there done that” but occasionally she’ll be in the mood to pounce on a  toy and capture it. She also likes a game she made up herself called “Throw mum’s pens on the floor” this is best played when sitting on the computer desk totally obscuring the monitor.

Cindy loves toys. Tennis balls are the favourite but she has some other ones that she likes to play with, a rubber wheel, a tug o war toy and a few squeaky ones.

Of course kids come in all shapes and sizes. Here are some big kids enjoying model trains.
